CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to provide clients with a high quality service in a timely manner please respect your scheduled appointment! Your early cancellations help us find other clients who may want to fill in. This policy also allows us to better utilize available appointments for our clients. If for any reason you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must call at least 24 HOURS prior to your appointment to aviod a fee. Providing less than 12 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment. Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. If you are 5 MINUTES late to your appointment, your service will be considered a no-show By signing below, I acknowledge that I have completely read and fully understand the above.
